Car park was a scam - beware. Wouldn’t issue a ticket on arrival, told by operator no problem when accessing the car park. Charged a fee as a ‘lost ticket’ by qpark, no discount as a hotel resident. AVOID the car park. Breakfast excellent, room a bit tired and windows could be doing with an upgrade - noisy. Staff nice.

Check in was easy with the car park right behind the hotel. Room was nice with view of the canal and city below, comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to everything in the city. Ordered in room service without an extra fee which was fast and convenient and breakfast in the morning was cooked to order which was great. Would recommend!
