Fantastic location about a 2-minute walk to the Charles Bridge! Cute boutique hotel with A/C, elevator, and updated rooms. The breakfast is wonderful, with an espresso/cappuccino maker, a variety of eggs, bacon, pastries, juices, etc. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful; all spoke English. Easy walking distance to many sights, including Prague Castle, Old Town, etc. We walked everywhere, never used public transport. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location for the Charles

Breakfast was amazing, location was terrific a short 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge, room (308) was on the smaller side but worked well, comfortable bed, my only gripe was the shower, it has a tub shower and the water taps come out of the side wall not the end of tub, kept hitting tap with my knees changing the temperature. Overall I’d recommend the Charles Hotel.

Very polite & courteous staff. Manager & Gabriel were very helpful and always looking out for a nice and comfortable stay for us. Hotel is walking distance to most area, tram station and metro. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Great location that is close to trams, food and attractions. Bed mattress felt a little slanty but it was alright. Breakfast was great with many choices. They let us know a week prior to check in that one day water would be out and they gave us huge water bottles and a comped day to ise in future.

Excellent hotel, very large, quiet rooms in 200-yr-old building, super friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast array. Just half-a-block from tram stop with numerous lines in all directions across Prague. Great location for walking across Charles Bridge to Old Town or exploring the Mala Strana district. While the hotel lacked the modern feel, the charm and location were unbeatable. Room was spacious and somewhat comfortable. Lots of street noise from late night goers.
