This hotel had the best customer service I have ever received! The staff actually walked us to the adapts restaurant so we could find it. The staff is exemplary, the location can't be beat but the staff was beyond 5 stars. Thanks for the visit. We missed 2 days due to airline issue but the staff more than made up for it. The breakfast was also a plus.

Nice place, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The property is a little dated, but you have to remember that you are in the Gothic quarter and its a very old area. All in all it was in a great area and close to many things we wanted to do.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel staff were efficient, professional and very helpful to me as an overnight traveler between the end of a cruise and my flight out the next morning. I had to get to a tourist site that is only open for 3 hours a week on Sunday morning/early afternoon. The hotel staff processed me in, got me registered quickly, took my luggage and I made my visit to the tourist site on time. Everything went well. Thanks you! I'll be back!

This hotel was great! Perfect location Get the breakfast. Yes it seems expensive but it’s about what a breakfast cost in that area and nothing else is open early. Very comfortable and they had gluten friendly options.
