My husband and I were visiting from the US. This was our first time in Lagos. Because we were only there for one night, the apartment was fine. It was quite tiny! There is also a lot of noise from outside that you can hear through the night because it’s a popular area. Besides those two things, it was a perfect place for an overnight stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was very clean and the fan provided plenty of cool air. Kudos to the staff at DreamAlgarve, they were very helpful!

Good accommodations for 2 the apartment is clean newly renovated. Fully equipped kitchen including new washer and drier. Great central location to restaurants shopping-beaches and marina. We visited mid February and it wad cold and damp. We were given extra blankets and small heater👍. Over all great value

The check in time is 4:00 pm which must be 3:00 pm. We got to the realstate office (which is renting the unit and hold the keys) at 4:10 pm and 5 more people were waiting in the queue to get their keys, after 15 minutes wait ling they told us the unit is not cleaned yet and it takes more time. We asked to use the bathroom of their office and they said, only staff can use it and we said we can’t go to out unit because of your delay and you even don’t let us use the bathroom
 There is no place in front of the unit to unload your bags, the nearest parking spot is 9-10 minutes walk (if you can find a spot). Inside the units we couldn’t breathe because of the strong smell of detergents and chemicals. There was no air conditioning just 2 fans. Unit was so small and narrow. I stayed there for 30 minutes and booked another place 52 m2 hotel apartment in Albufeira with 14 swimming pool and full air conditioning and free parking on the premise I do not recommend this place at all unless there is no other option.

Excellent location (pubs, shops, restaurant, museums), facilities (I washed and dried all of my holiday clothes the night before I went home), local transportation. Only downside is that there's a karaoke bar at a weekend 5 doors away until 2am :(

DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked in on 6 September 2026 and found the entire bathroom flooded with dirty/sewage water. Whenever we flushed the toilet, used the tap or shower, sewage water came back up through the floor drain, making the bathroom completely unusable. We reported this repeatedly from the following morning, but received no response or effective assistance whatsoever. We also contacted Hotels.com, who tried to reach the accommodation but were unable to contact them. The situation became worse, with water spreading throughout the room. We were ultimately forced to leave and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. We even went to their office in person several times to resolve the situation, but again received no meaningful solution. They could not amend our booking or provide any reasonable assistance either. This is not simply a disappointing room. Having sewage repeatedly flooding is a serious hygiene and sanitation issue, and completely ignoring guests who are reporting it is unacceptable. Ruined our holiday. The incident has been formally documented with Hotels.com, and a FULL REFUND has been requested from the property. We have received no response up til this moment. Avoid this property. A serious maintenance problem can happen anywhere, but the complete lack of response and responsibility afterwards is what made this experience completely unacceptable.

DO NOT RECOMMEND There was a terrible smell, stains on the bed blankets, and hairs found in the bathroom. We immediately left, returned to the main office, registered our complaint, and returned the key. We tried to get a refund from the rental company and through Expedia, but the management company never replied to Expedia after multiple attempts of calling and emailing. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service. They just ignored us. We had to book another spot last minute, at a significant cost to us.

TrĂšs difficile communication avec la rĂ©ception de l'hĂ©bergement, situĂ© Ă  15 min Ă  pied de celui-ci, pour un problĂšme de clĂ© qui n'ouvrait pas mon logement. Il fallait systĂ©matiquement que je fasse appel au serveur du bar d'Ă  cĂŽtĂ© pour ouvrir la porte (que j'ai dĂ©rangĂ© Ă  chaque fois sur son temps de travail malgrĂ© les remarques de sa patronne) impossible Ă  ouvrir sans avoir Ă©normĂ©ment de force. La rĂ©ception Ă©tant totalement injoignable par tĂ©lĂ©phone, pourtant sur les heures indiquĂ©es d'ouverture de la rĂ©ception, je me suis rendue sur place le premier jour pour signaler le problĂšme en demandant Ă  la rĂ©ceptionniste de faire passer quelqu'un dans la journĂ©e pour mettre de l'huile ou rĂ©parer la serrure. Le soir-mĂȘme, zĂ©ro Ă©volution, pas d'amĂ©lioration, et bien sur, rĂ©ception fermĂ©e...personne n'Ă©tait passĂ©. Le lendemain soir, lorsque l'appartement ne s'ouvrait toujours pas, il a fallu que j'aille littĂ©ralement pleurer Ă  la rĂ©ception pour qu'ils daignent m'envoyer quelqu'un. Et le problĂšme a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© aprĂšs tout de mĂȘme 1h30 d'attente. Bref, ça m'a pourri 2 jours de voyage. Je recommande donc cet hĂ©bergement uniquement pour les gens qui ont beaucoup de force dans le poignet. Sinon, bon courage Ă  vous, vous ne rĂ©ussirez Ă  joindre personne et les gens qui sont en face de vous ne vous prennent pas au sĂ©rieux.

Das einzige positive war, dass es eine Waschmaschine und Trockner gab, die Wohnung stinkt Modrig, sichtbare Schimmelflecke an den WĂ€nden so wie im Badezimmer. LĂŒften nicht möglich, da es nur ein Fenster gibt. Das Bett ist stark durchgelegen und man spĂŒrt jede einzelne Feder. Die Schreckliste Erfahrung seit Jahren

A notre arrivĂ©e l'appartement ne ressemblait pas aux photos sur l'annonce, dommage. Le gros point est l'emplacement vis Ă  vis de la ville de Lagos, mais attention aux cĂŽtes Ă  monter pour accĂ©der Ă  un parking gratuit. Le personnel de l'agence est trĂšs agrĂ©able et s'adapte Ă  notre langue. Pas de wifi durant l'ensemble de notre sĂ©jour malgrĂ© un message envoyĂ© restĂ© sans rĂ©ponse. L'Ă©tat de propretĂ© Ă©tait trĂšs mĂ©diocre Ă  notre entrĂ©e dans le logement (poils d'animaux, odeurs des draps/oreillers/matelas, vaisselle sale et mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement) Il a Ă©tĂ© nĂ©cessaire d'acheter produit vaisselle et Ă©ponge ce qui peut expliquer l'Ă©tat de la vaisselle... L'isolation, la fermeture des fenĂȘtres et portes sont prĂ©caires et laissent passer le froid et le bruit ... Heureusement cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer un excellent sĂ©jour dans une rĂ©gion sublime. 😉
