We stayed at st ermins for a night and it was wonderful. The place is stunning, the staff is great especially Shanoor from the front desk. He was so friendly and helpful. After a red eye from the US he helped us to quickly get into a room and answered all of our many questions. The location of the hotel is also great close to many of the sights, a tube station and bus stops allowing you to get on the double decker tourist buses.

Excellent breakfast buffet, lovely evening dessert and tea options, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and quick response to issues and requests.
