10/10 Exceptional

This was one of our favorite hotels while traveling in Germany. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good and they helped us celebrate our daughter‘s birthday with a champagne breakfast. It was extremely convenient to the train station and local Allstadt.

10/10 Exceptional

Rooms were clean. Property was clean as well. Room cleaning starts running around 7am, can be quite loud if they are in a neighboring room. The train station being close was not an issue.

8/10 Very good

I booked a Comfort Double Room for 4 nights. Initially, the front desk checked me into the wrong room (2 single beds). But they were able to fix it and put me into the correct room. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. The room has been remodeled and is much more comfortable and user friendly

There was an error in the number of beds, but we were able to get it corrected with no problems. The man who checked us in was polite and accommodating. The hotel is clean and well-kept. The breakfast is excellent. I stayed here a number of years ago and it is still just as pleasant as it was then.

Great location and value

Great location, great value of money. The room is compact and the deco is a little dated, but great hot shower, comfy bed, nice staff. If you are looking for convenience and value, this is the hotel.

Staff were amazing and let us check in a little early after travelling through the night. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. We also used the free transport available and had the best time. Location next to the central station and underground. Staff were friendly and polite and did a lot for us, thank you very much. I would return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel for business travellers near HBF

The best part about this hotel is it's location bang outside Nuremberg HBF. You can skip a taxi if you are using DB, RER, U or S bahn.

Conveniently located near the train station. Somewhat noisy for the room facing the railroad tracks. Reasonably priced.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was clean and close to the central train station which was great for transportation. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The downside was the bed was hard and the pillows were a bit to flat for my liking but overall everything was great.

10/10 Exceptional

Fair priced hotel within walking distance to the main train station. Clean rooms with a polite staff. Our room was towards the train tracks so sleeping with the window open was difficult thankfully the room had air-conditioning so it didnt really effect us to much. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit nuremberg.

4/10 Fair

Pillows were like bouncing ball, I could not sleep. Bed mattress seemed to cave in. Air condition was horrible. You turned that off and go bad but some time later it starts again automatically then you get up and turned that off again. But Stuff very friendly

6/10 Good

One issue - but overall, a decent stay.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights on a recent trip, and were mostly satisfied with it. We had one issue in that several rooms did not have working air conditioning (in July!) so our first night was a hot one; however, hotels.com helped us to work with the hotel to move us for day 2 and 3 to a better room and we were offered partial credit from hotels.com. The whole thing was handled okay, but it seemed like something that should've been mentioned before we went up to the room. Beds could be more comfortable and there is only one pillow each - but this is a budget option hotel and for the price, the room is good - comparable to an ibis. Beyond those things, we found the staff friendly, the location excellent, and the hotel clean and modern.
