Our room pipes broke, so brown water emerged in the bathroom. We told the staff in the morning, but when we returned in the afternoon they hadn't looked at it. We pointed it out and they gave us a new room instead of fixing it. We didn't get an upgrade or discount for the hassle of moving. The wifi is very slow, you have to buy a high speed wifi as an upgrade. If you want to use chromecast, it has to be with the paid wifi. Cleaning is so-so, trash wasn't removed. Location of hotel is great though.

For anyone attending an event at the Estrel Centre, the Mercure Berlin Templehof is a great location as it's a 10 minute cab ride away. There is also a huge Supermarket just minutes away for snacks. The management and staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are comfortable and good value.
