We stayed at the Ashling after finishing up an excellent tour all around Ireland. The facilities at the hotel are very nice and the restaurant and bar areas are warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location not far from the famous Phoenix Park. Easy walk to local pubs and other restaurants with good access to the airport as well. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the staff are very accommodating.

Excellent hotel. I can usually find SOMETHING to complain about, but I am hard pressed. Loved the location, walkable to everything but less busy area. Staff friendly and helpful at front desk, restaurant as well as a smiling doorman and cleaners who were careful to keep us stocked on towels, tea etc even when we declined to have our room serviced. Wonderful breakfast, comfy room with plenty of storage. Okay, only complaint is lack of fan in bathroom which always steamed up during showers. Otherwise, really a great stay.

Party of 7 consisting of two families, 2 rooms. Stayed 3 nights in June. This hotel is across the river and a bit away from the typical sites but it is beautiful and has anything you may need. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet. Staff very accommodating. We arrived in a van that didnt meet garage clearance and the staff found parking for us right away. Would stay again without considering other options.

Very nice. Good breakfast. Super close to train station. Not noisy. Even though our room faced the tram, it wasn’t noisy.
