Apenas se salva o café da manhã

Com exceção do café da manhã (que estava maravilhoso) e do atendimento da recepção, o restante foi péssimo. O quarto tem as paredes todas manchadas e sujas dando um aspecto de insalubridade, o cliente não tem certeza se os lençóis e as mantas são objetos limpos, o travesseiro é sofrível, todo ruído, o banheiro sem ducha higiênica, e em todos os dias que a gente ficou lá a equipe não trocou as toalhas. Não tinha interfone para ligar para recepção, então os problemas simplesmente passaram batido porque nós não tínhamos tempo de ficar reclamando por coisas tão essenciais.

Para a categoria que o hotel pertence, ele atende. É básico, tem bom café da manhã, elevador… mas a estrutura é antiga. As portas ainda são de chave, tem que deixar na portaria, o banheiro não tem tranca por fora, a localização é boa durante o dia, mas perigosa durante a noite.

Prática abusiva na cobrança de juros

Avaliação do hotel Minha experiência no hotel foi razoável, mas houve um ponto extremamente negativo que comprometeu minha estadia: a prática abusiva de cobrança de juros no pagamento parcelado. Eles aplicam uma taxa de 10% sobre cada parcela, o que resultou em um aumento de R$ 200,00 no valor total da estadia. Considero essa prática desproporcional e injusta. Sobre o conforto, os quartos eram apenas ok, sem nada de especial – daria uma nota 5 nesse quesito. O café da manhã também era bastante básico, sem grandes destaques. O ponto positivo foi a localização. Estando no centro de Belo Horizonte, conseguimos nos deslocar facilmente para diversos lugares. No entanto, no geral, a experiência ficou abaixo das expectativas devido à cobrança abusiva de juros. Isso é algo que o hotel deveria rever para não prejudicar a experiência dos hóspedes.
