The hotel property seems too big for the staff to manage. They try hard, but this hotel is unnecessarily big and so problems arise. The parking lot is as big as Disneyland so arrival, checkin and luggage drop off is hard. When I got there, no one helped me with my luggage bc they were fawning over other guests - so I looked for a cart, lloaded my luggage and pushed the heavy cart into the hotel myself. I informed the checkout desk that this happened, who then send me to a dirty room. Filthy towels, toothbrushes, coffee cups, bottles in the room. I complained and was moved to a better room where we had a towel flecked with hairs -- I doubt if they were facial hairs. And for a seaside resort in the summer, I was perplexed why the pool was drained. Its like throwing a birthday party without a cake. What's the point? The staff and manager were very apologetic. But this place is just too big for them to manage. I would choose a different hotel next time.

名前だけは以前から知っていたホテルだったが、実際に泊まるのは初めてだった。何よりもホテルのスケールに圧倒された。全ての施設がゆとりのある広々とした大きさで、こちらの気分をとてもリラックスした、贅沢な気持ちにさせてくれる。次回は純粋にホテルステイだけを楽しみにきたいと思えるほど、２日間では味わい尽くせないホテルだった。

食事の場所が3箇所あり、場所的に少し遠いとも感じましたが、食事はできたてを食べられる物もあり、美味しかったです。 ベッドの高さとかクッションは、大人は良かったのですが、子供には少し高く感じました。寝相が悪い子は、落下した時あざが出来るのでは？経験があるので、投稿しました。
