We were a bit concerned by the rating and some comments, However it appears Bourke as a whole, is rated low and has many bad reviews. Therefore, we were not expecting much. We were only there overnight so didn't use anything except our room. Reception appearance was not welcoming and the outside appearance not great. The room was dated but clean and attempts had been made iike modernising the bed covers.The microwave, air conditioner and fridge worked well and there was plenty of storage space. It was a comfy stay in all.
