6/10 Good

Good: location near major attractions, pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast. Bad: room and bathroom fixtures are falling apart, plastered an AI photo of a 6th floor terrace all over the hotel which does not resemble the real thing in the least - ridiculous.

Very impressed with hotel. Clean rooms and bathroom. Staff was extremely helpful. We got at hotel early before check in and they let us keep luggage there while we did a tour of coliseum. Had trouble figuring out air until we put key card in slot. Breakfast was okay. The pineapple juice, coffee, and muffins were the best. I would stay here again

The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful as well! It was also located close to the train station and metro for easy access to locations across the city. There was also a cute Cafe right next to the property for coffee and pastries!

Our room was very spacious. Good breakfast. There is a bar that provides hamburgers and such, along with cocktails. Easy walk to the colosseum and right near the subway to catch to go to the Vatican.

It’s a nice place near Termini. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but it’s a short walk to get somewhere nice. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

The attendant set up the airport shuttle which was great! The room was clean and we liked the slippers that were left on each bed. The front desk was extremely polite. We had to leave early so we were not able to try the breakfast.

We stayed here for only one night. It’s an older hotel with a very basic room and amenities. However the concierges made up for the older hotel. They were very helpful with arranging transportations for my family.
