Bloody booger on the bed sheet; had to request service. Family room located right near the bar area (no consideration) No heat at the time & remodel was rushed; the carpet had gap between floorboard and wall.

My room was not clean when we checked in, the desk clerk cleaned it while we waited. I felt sorry for her as it was a housekeeping error

We chose to stay at the Ramada because we attended a classy Rotary fundraising event held in Ramada's conference room. Very convenient for us to walk across the court yard to our room. Close to everything we needed within footsteps. Staff very friendly when we arrived and when we departed.

Very basic facilities and more like a motel with the rooms detached from the main building. Bathroom is really small but the comfortable bed made a world of difference.

Amazing employee

The man who worked the night desk was amazing. Friendly genuine greeting, extremely helpful and proactive in assisting me after we encountered an issue with my original booking that was made last minute. He quickly understood through my demeanour that an unpleasant event occurred in my day which prompted me to make the last minute booking. He made sure my experience was not going to become negative and handled the check in and subsequently the problem resolution process seamlessly. I appreciateD the proactive assistance. Surprisingly, he was there upon my early check out and 6.5 hours later...was just as friendly. I regretted not giving him a big tip for thanks as it was far from my mind at the time. I hope he gets Recognition from this review. I’d recommend your hotel everyday with that level of quality service.

Just a Tourist

Stay was fine... good location... a bit noisy Friday night there was an issue in the court yard, people yelling obscenities at each other... no one from the hotel came to shut them down. Went on for a hour or more. I wasn't impressed. Hotel is dated, could use some refurbishing. Shower is made for short people. Breakfast was expensive starting at 15$... for the price a continental breakfast should have been included. But overall it was a good stay.

All was good. Didn't lock car and had a homeless person sleeping in the back. She got away with very little so we just have her a bed for the night.

Had to drive from Victoria to here for a Saturday night early August as it was closest vacancy. Reasonbly priced especially as compared to Victoria area. Young lady on front desk insisted on helping get our luggage up to room. Other young lady on desk in morning was V E R Y helpfull and patient fora long time.

My room smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. The floor had cracks on the tile. When I woke up in the morning there were centipedes crawling on the floor and on the nightstands

The a/c unit was very noisy. The maintenance guy tried to fix it.But the a/c unit was still very noisy. We had to check out at 3.30am.The front entrance door was locked.I had to call front to have the door open. The hotel should refund our money back. The hotel should fix the issues in the room before renting it.

It's a bit expensive for a tired property. Even though it's been recently updated it's showing it's age.

The property was extremely well kept, the room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff at the desk and in the restaurant were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The only complaint was that the jets in the Jacuzzi tub did not work, which was very much a disappointment. IT was out Anniversary and we were looking forward to a romantic relaxing night, but that did not happen.
