Decent hotel - decent service, but not a five star hotel judging from western standards. The hotel is in the ‘middle of nowhere’, but the entire ha long city seems to be a ghost town. Had we known, we would not have stayed the night, but just gone for a day trip with an evening ride back to Hanoi

Un magnifique hôtel, grande chambre confortable et le personnel est extrêmement gentil! La raison pourquoi je donne 4 étoiles est que la piscine n’est pas chauffée et non inutilisable la moitié de l’année, ce qui est bien dommage pour un hôtel de cette qualité. La nourriture du restaurant pourrait être améliorée.
