My friend and I had an excellent stay. The room was clean and spacious. Great shower and fluffy towels. Beds were comfy and good pillows. The fridge and tea, coffee and biscuits were a great touch too. The personalised duck was super cute. We also had drinks in the bar which were great and decor is lush. Easy to walk to the train station and restaurants.

Fab stay, all staff very friendly and helpful from first hellos to last goodbyes. Perfect stay, wish we had more time to use all the facilities but it was our base for Radio 2 in the Park - taxis to the venue arranged by reception and lovely to escape the crowds to our comfy bed, warm shower and loads of space in the room to relax. Also enjoyed drinks in the cocktail bar on Saturday night - too tired on Sunday! Again friendly helpful staff checking all ok. Breakfast was amazing both days, plenty of selection and lovely airy dining room.

Booked this hotel to get away for a couple of days. Whilst Dunblane itself is a nice place, the hotel didn't quite match. There was nothing to really do in the hotel, the pool and gm whilst satisfactory are open to the public as well, so are a lot busier than other hotels I've stayed in. There isnt really much else to do in the hotel, which is unfortunate. The room was nice enough, but very dated, and the bed wasn't too comfortable either. The food in the hotel was good, and had a fairly varied choice. Would recommend as a hotel if you are out and about most of the day.

We booked 2 nights at just under £400 but we thought it would be worth it as we could recharge batteries each night after festival, 2 nights. Checked in late evening and got ground floor room 163 at furthest point from reception/restaurant. Got to room and only one decaff coffee so back to reception to get some more. Got back to room unwind before sleep, terrestrial tv buffered,even radio on it wasnt working. As it was late at night we didn't report as didbt want mtce thar night or in the morning as we wanted sleep. Next night after day 2 of festival we got back to find there was an event on. So we had taxis and cars outside our room picking up guests and also various guests outside chatting/laughing....understandable as they were on a night out. We however hadn't been told of an event being in and were given room adjacent to it. Definitely not the premium relaxing stay we had expected for our £400. Breakfast was not great, most of the fried food was greasy and not crispy/fresh and produce wasnt highest quality. Continental looked good and toast was good but had been looking forward to full cooked breakfast. Very disappointing stay.
