Very pleasant staff. Quick check-in and nice building, externally. Room was tired though, carpet was threadbare and bathroom was very outdated with evidence of mould around the bath and tiling. An update needed.

Excellent central location near the station and amenities, with a cool bit of history as a mill with the Perth Lade, visible through a viewing window in the reception floor, running under the building

Lovely hotel, staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing that I was disappointed with was that they run out of coffee. Quite hard to believe for a hotel. I would consider going back though.

I always stay here when I return to Perth. Its only a minute walk from where I was born, and is conveniently located.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Room, corridors and bar toilets are in very poor standard. Hotel needs a major revamp, everything looks like it’s been stuck in the 90s. Staff excellent and very helpful but unfortunately they deserve a lot better than this dump.
