My partner stayed there at the end of the John Muir Trail. I joined her on the second night Way above expectations for a 115$ night in a motel. The owner is very nice and went above and beyond when we had requests. There is no breakfast mentioned on hotels.com but there is a small breakfast available to grab at the lobby (bagels, coffee,..). The cleanliness is not perfect but good for the price. Rooms are comfy and soacious. I would definitely come back!!

we had a great stay for one night , great location , guy on check in desk really nice and helpful , its not luxury but you get what you pay for , i would stay again.
