The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was in Greenwood for a funeral and business. So it served my purpose.

The hotel's Central location in town was very desirable and the price was good considering the area.However the entire hotel was riddled with cigarette smoke In the smell of urine. Linens were not clean.They had visible Excessive staining on the linens and horribke odor.

Everything looked dingy which I was ok with until night came and I seen a total of four roaches. They were in the trash, in the bathroom., and I killed one on the nightstand. In the bathroom the towel rackWas very loose. And the shower curtain rod was just barely hanging in the wall on both sides. Over all the bathroom was not safe in my opinion at all for any handicap person which my husband and I both were handicap. I did not get to take a shower due to the fact that it was in such bad shape I wasn't going to risk it

This isn’t a review of the property but of Expedia. The reservation did not make it to the hotel and I was left on my own to either rebook through the site again or go to the hotel directly for a much higher price. Something needs to be fixed with this as it didn’t sound like it was the first issue the hotel had with Expedia or third party sites. I was fortunate to find another hotel for a few bucks more than what I was scheduled to pay.
