The front desk staff is not very Attentive. We arrived back at our hotel room around midnight on both nights and there was no one sitting at the desk. This creates a security breakdown as anyone could just walk into the hotel. Also tried calling the front desk upon arriving to our room and was sent three times to voicemail. They need to train their staff better to be more aware of people entering the hotel and answering the front desk phone when people call or return their call back to their room.

Property was very clean and very quiet. Easy to access. Very close to downtown in the capital. Lots of dining, retail, and amenities nearby. The Gentleman in the older lady at the front desk were very warm Helpful and knowledgeable check in and check out hosts. The younger ladies on staff weren't as warm or accommodating. No need to be in hi dudgeon over A late checkout inquiry. But that's the only negative thing I can say, overall a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it relates to my daily commute during my stay. The breakfast selection(s) were top tier. The staff were kind and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was a plus as well. I recommend staying at the Comfort Suites. If in ha to rate my stay and experience at the Comfort Suites in Tallahassee, FL; I would give it a 9.5 out of 10.
