This is a nice hotel, with a helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. The only complain we had was this thing with the bed size. What exactly is the "queen size"? Why not write the exact size? In this case a bit to small for us two.

I stayed 3 nights and from entering the hotel you were met with hospitality. Especially Petra in the reception was warm and welcoming. But also the other members of staff was always very polite and smiling. There is only housekeeping if you ask for it. But it suited me fine. I could have done without the roommaid knocking on my doorb at 9 in the morning on the day i had to leave. I had the room until 11 and it would be easy to see, i didnt check out. I stayed in the main building. An old dated building with old worn windows. But they opened, which often isnt the case in a hotel. I had full breakfast and a light evening meal included. Breakfast had quite big variation. But dont expect something big at evening. Bread, cheese, salad, a warm choise of fish and chips one day, chicken with rice another day. Hotel i situated very convenient for trains, busses and boat and centrally for shopping and dining, drinking or walkabouts. There was an issue with the tv with only swedish programs and Al Jazeera in English. The connection was unstable. But all together, i can recommend.

Lovely room. Had everything you could need, nothing over the top, just clean functional and comfy, great breakfast, lovely staff and a brilliant location. I would definitely book again. Thanks.

2/10 Poor

Very dated hotel. Bathroom smelled of sewage, they were kind enough to give me an apartment instead. But that apartment was just very off everything else and I didn’t feel comfortable to stay there by myself. I ended up leaving that hotel and stayed at a different one.

6/10 Good

Overall, our two-night stay was disappointing. Parking was especially frustrating. Although we were happy to pay, we could only book parking for one of the two days and had to find parking elsewhere in the city. With two children, a grandmother, luggage and a stroller, this made arriving and leaving unnecessarily stressful. The hotel itself felt dated and in need of maintenance. The carpets were worn, there was a stale/old smell, and several lights in our deluxe room didn’t work. The balcony, windows and general condition of the room also felt neglected. Even small things like the iron and ironing board were very old and worn. For a deluxe room, I expected a cleaner, fresher and more well-maintained experience. It felt more like a place to simply sleep than somewhere you look forward to returning to. Breakfast was fine for the price. The selection was limited, but overall okay. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Buffé ingick i priset. Grymt läge mitt i stan. Garage under hotellet mycket bra.

Trevligt hotell.

Måske lang tid siden gulvet er blevet vasket. Værelset gav et lurvet indtryk. Larmende mennesker i gården. Meget positivt med elkedel, the og kaffe God central beliggenhed.

Bra storlek på rum, rent och bra frukost, bra också med en lätt middag på kvällen som ingick.
