Absolute garbage service – stay away at all costs.

We were unable to check-in since the reception was unmanned, the computers did not work and nobody answered the phone for hours. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers.

No parking on site but easily remedied by the nearby P&B parking garage. A quick and short walk thru the train station and all was awesome! The rooms are really great as is the roomy lounge! Construction is underway and blocks the entire entrance to the hotel. It has also created a hazardous and muddy mess! Definitely cannot be physically impaired/disabled to stay here until construction is completed! This is not the fault of The Phoenix and I’m sure the city will eventually finish this project! I feel the lobby staff was nice but not very helpful or accommodating to the guest, but I will chalk that up to youth and poor professional training. We had drinks in the lounge and while tasty, we waited for quite a bit for service and even longer for the drinks. Overall it was a great stay for my family. Will definitely check in advance for construction updates next booking. Super close to the train station and mall! 8/10 simply because of the horrible construction site at the fault of the city.

Muss nicht nochmal sein.

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber in Ordnung, da ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte. Allerdings wirkt das Gebäude wie eine umfunktionierte Kaserne, die Gänge sind sehr lang und trist, auch das Zimmer war relativ dunkel. Praktisch war die Küche im Zimmer, sodass es für längere Aufenthalte sicherlich lohnen, wenn man anspruchslos ist.

Nie wieder!!

Direkt an einer Hauptstraße und gegenüber des Hauptbahnhof gelegen, befand sich das kleine Zimmer. Auf der vergeblichen Suche nach einer Fernbedienung fand ich unter dem Bett neben Staub ein gebrauchtes Zahnseidestäbchen :-( Auf meinen Anruf hin, mir doch eine Ersatz-FB für den Fernseher zu bringen, gab man mir zur Antwort, ich solle doch zur Rezeption gehen und mir eine holen, wenn die überhaupt vorrätig sei. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner gemachten Erfahrung nicht empfehlen und hatte einen sehr schrecklichen Aufenthalt.

Un hôtel propre et simple à Harburg

L'hôtel est dans un immeuble industriel assez joli. Le check-in n'a pas été facile. Les machines de self-check in au rez-de-chaussée ne fonctionnaient pas (il ne restait plus de cartes vierges à insérer) et il a fallu monter à la réception au 4e (qui ferme à 22h). La première chambre qu'on nous a donnée (pourtant explicitement non fumeur) sentait fortement la cigarette. Heureusement, on nous a gentiment donné une autre chambre. Après ça, tout s'est bien passé. La salle de bain et la chambre sont confortables. Le lit est suffisamment dur. Tout était silencieux. La localisation, proche de la gare de Harburg est pratique si vous avez un train à prendre le matin tôt.

Klein aber fein.

Hallo zusammen, Das Konzept ist klar mit dem nötigsten das meiste rausholen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein, kompakt gehalten, du kommst rein Bad, Bett das war es, fast, du hast ein Kleiderschrank ohne Türen und Küche in einem, also falls Du frittierst weist du wo nach du nachher riechst. Et is modern gehalten. Auf der 4 Etage hast du ein Bar wo du zu essen und trinken bestellen kannst, Rezeption befindet sich auch dort, kannst dich dort mit Freunden treffen und chillen, viele Entertainment Möglichkeiten hast du zudem in Form von Brettspielen, Switch Konsole, Bücher etc. Raucher Zimmer gibt es, also mit Balkon, die befinden sich im Untergeschoss. Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Raum für Müll Entsorgung ist auch im Untergeschoss. Die Lage ist perfekt fürs einkaufen und zu bummeln. Parkplätze sind Ebbe. Auf der 5 Etage hast du zum Rauchen eine Terrasse mit zwischendurch einem schönen Aussicht. Früher war wohl der Laden ein Teil von dem Phönix Werk der sich direkt dahinter befindet, dass heißt du hast Paternoster Aufzüge was außergewöhnlich ist, was dem Ganzen eine Art von Charme verleiht. Am Eingang hast du Self Check in und Check out Möglichkeit was cool ist. Grillen kannst du auch falls du Bock drauf hast. Kommen wir zu den Mitarbeitern, die sind phänomenal, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, nett und freundlich. Verbindungs technisch falls ihr kein Auto habt ist kein Problem den es gibt ein Bahnhof direkt vor der Haustür. Ich hoffe ich konnte euch bissle weiterhelf

Älteres Gebäude, direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch geht eine gewissen Lautstärke mit der Lage an einer großen Straße und Bahntrasse einnher. Die Sauberkeit war so mäßig. Die Fenster waren total fettig verschmiert und im Bett waren bei Einkunft noch lange Haare auf dem Bettlaken. Frühstück für über 18€ zu teuer. Alles in Allem nichts besonderes, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay.

Mein Partner und ich waren sehr zufrieden, besonders mit dem kontaktlosen Check-in und Check-out, alles sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Sobald man die Fenster schließen herrscht in dem Zimmer eine ganz andere Welt der Harburgerlärm wird sehr gut gedämt.

Super Preis-Leistung für Hamburg und wirklich besonderes Ambiente mit dem Paternoster und coole Einrichtung. Leider hatten wir eines der Zimmer, was zur Fabrik nach hinten rausgeht und man konnte wegen der Geräuschkulisse (permanentes Rauschen) nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, aber es gibt ja auch Zimmer nach vorne. Doppelbett könnte auch größer sein. Für große Menschen eher schwierig...

Genoten van een prima bedroom met kitchenette in de kamertjesfabriek PHNX. Badkamer niet top schoon. Gebouw is behoorlijk gehorig, en buiten wordt er in een echte fabriek gewerkt (of deze wordt gesloopt). Industrieel erfgoed met een echte paternoster. Dichtbij de winkels (Mall) en P garage. Dit was mijn eerste ontbijt zonder personeel. Niet super, wel compleet. En daarom aan de prijzige kant.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig um von dort aus mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu reisen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und das Zimmer in einem gepflegten Zustand. Gerne wieder.
