Room was small inspite of getting a premium room. Bed was uncomfortable as it was 2 single beds pushed together with a matress topper on. If you moved into the middle of the bed you ended up in a hole inbetween to two single beds. Room was advertised as a double bed. Staff were great, shout out to Gaukhar at reception especially, however Victoria was very rude indeed, if you serve someone a drink from the bar at 11:50pm you do not stand over them telling them to hurry up and finsh said drink at 12:05 because the bar has closed. Victoria needs to learn some manners and civility. Or change to bar clsoing time to 11:30 for serving drinks in order to clear the room by midnight.
