Terrible setup. We paid for the night and were not even able to check in to the hotel because the QR code was on the front desk, and we were not given the code to open the doors and enter the hotel to scan it. I tried to call the hotel, but it sends you straight to a voicemail service, and no one is working the front desk. Ended up having to stay in a completely different hotel, and just waste the money I was already charged for this room. They need to have someone working the front desk, or at least answering the phones, overnight. It was incredibly disappointing. And a waste of money.
