O quarto 606 estava sem água no chuveiro, e a pia torneira da pia travando. Comuniquei na recepção e deixaram tomar banho em outro . De manhã o chuveiro não funcionou, atrasei para o meu compromisso e fui fazer o checkout às 16:00 hs aí me cobraram duas diárias. Questionei todos problemas em meu chekin que foi as 20:30 mas não foram nem um pouco sensíveis com os diversos problemas em minha estadia no Hotel . Terrível essa estadia.

Hotel maravilhoso. Começando pela equipe de recepcionistas que esbanjam simpatia e estão sempre prontos para atender os hóspedes. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, arejado e com uma vista linda para a piscina e jardim. Banheiro com uma ducha maravilhosa e bem espaçoso. Cama confortável e ambiente super silencioso. Os apartamentos de 601 em diante se situam afastado na rua, o que permite um descanso sem qualquer aborrecimento. Hotel bem localizado com acesso a tudo que você precisa. Super recomendo. Ponto negativo: Café bem básico e internet instável demais. O café é bem simples, porém atende as necessidades e não desabona a estadia. A internet infelizmente na maioria das vezes é impossível usar.

Peguei um quarto intermediário e que dá pros fundos do hotel, onde tem um Lavajato que fica com o aspirador ligado o dia todo…

A dificuldade do hotel reside no estacionamento da propriedade, a qual é difícil, principalmente para quem não conhece a cidade e o trânsito. Seria interessante o hotel ter manobrista o qual levaria o carro a garagem certa, pois as instalações constam de 3 garagens, sendo uma na lateral e outra ao fundo das instalações.

Chuveiro gelado !!

Hotel não funcionava a água quente e liguei 3 vezes na recepção , ele dizia que ia ligar o aquecedor e fiquei mais de uma hora esperando .na quarta vez que liguei ele me sugeriu : quer vir para um outro prédio do hotel pois tem um quarto livre e vc pode tomar banho? Só que já era 1h da manhã e eu viajei 8h pra chegar aqui ! Absurdo desligarem o aquecedor a noite !
