The hotel was excellent, the only issue I can find was that the sofa bed was missing 2 screws, but for 3 euros I was able to replace them myself... the common fridge is a little small for all the guests. The central placement is perfect for shopping and dining options and not too far from the beach too. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay! The family suite was wonderful, we were travelling with two children and two adults, and we had lots of space - two floors and two bathrooms, what a nice surprise! I really like the staff that was there 24/7. They all were so sweet and helpful. The hostel is in a really vivid neighbourhood with little restaurants and shops just around the corner. The beds were surprisingly good and the rainshower is a big .

Overall great hostel that offer enourmous beds!

We stayed in one of the private rooms they offer and asked for a queen sized bed. They delivered and over with the bed! The bed was like having 2 singlebeds together. It was very modern, comfortable and clean. Only improvement would be to have a clean floor as it had a little bit of dirt when we got in. Staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was very nice.

Location was in old town. Walkable to main attractions. Lots of food around. Would have liked to have paper towels or hand towel in bathrooms. Shower was prone to flooding and leaking down into lobby. A small shelf and half curtain would by nice in the bunk. Very nice comfy bed and friendly staff.

AC not working

Room is small- but it’s ok, enough for us to sleep. Big problem was the AC- it’s NOT working and the room was too hot that we have to buy a portable fan to at least able to sleep at night. Asked reception few times but the night receptionist insisted that temperature is ok. HE doesn’t feel hot. Also, just suggested to open the window. Horrible idea

Overpriced for services provided

Dorm beds need curtains. The staff was excellent, but I feel that this "boutique" hostel is overpriced for the services provided. No towels without paying? No napkins in the kitchen? No outside showers to accommodate a rush (as I experienced) on the en suite. Also, the shared room and ensuite were too small--felt congested. At half this price, I'd have been happy, but this costs nearly as much as a private room (note: with towels). I will say that the lobby and the location are both excellent. Final suggestion for improvement: There should be a cold filtered water dispenser available.

Already had a positive first impression when entering the Hostel for the first time. The reception staff was very friendly an welcoming. The atmosphere was also very calm and peaceful. The pricing is reasonable considering the location is in the central of the city but also the service you get for it. There is also a laundry room and breakfast cafeteria which is quite practical for travellers. The hostel overall and the shared rooms are modern and clean looking. I was at first a little uncertain about staying in a shared-bed-room but it turned out to a positive experience. I met many new people and everyone was quite considerate to each other. I was first in an 8-shared-bed-room which was calm, after that I was in a 6-shared-bed-room which was also fine, the only concern I had with the 6-bed-room I was in was the missing noise isolation to the outside. At night you could quiet clearly hear the partying people on the streets and there also was also a noisy construction work during daylight near the hostel so it was distracting while trying to sleep. But overall I am satisfied with the hostel and I would visit it again if I had the opportunity!
