Highfield House is in a great location right next door to a tram stop for easy access to the city. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities, and ideal for what I wanted. I would not hesitate to return next time I am in Dublin

Was loud until 11pm, young people partying. No Air Conditioning so it was fairly hot in the room. Price too high for this type of accommodation.

Our room was directly above a train station and directly across an bus depot. Very loud environment. The room also didn’t have any airflow. The thermometer said it was 28 degrees and that made sleep almost unbearable. Great service in lobby though.

One room was inhabitable. The temperature gauge was stuck at 28.5 Celsius. I complained 4 times and yet nothing was done to rectify. We ultimately had to share the other room and sleep on the floor. No apology was given, yet told it was a known problem. Terrible considering we had medication that needed to be kept at room temperature
