2/10 Poor

Clean the place up

Most of the lights did not turn on, door was priped open when we got to the room, cleaning supplies left in room, walls had holes in them, bathroom door had a fist hole in it and there was limited towels, toilet paper and no tissues, no garbage can to be found and much more issues

Did not receive the correct room. Front desk was not trained and disorganized. Not professional

Worst stay ever

This should not even be listed. It smells like sewerage and is infested with roaches and other bugs. This place was no where near worth the money I paid. The pull out bed was absolutely dangerous. I addressed the roach problem several times I was not offered a new room they kept claiming pest control was coming and they never came. My leg is broken and this was truly a terrible experience. In all my years of traveling I can honestly say I have never went through this.

Close proximity to our favorite restaurant. Unfortunately the neighboring hotel was not up to standards. Keys did work, TV/Cable not working, we were offered a different room. Although everything worked, the carpet was severely staines, yes they accept pets. They collect an excessive "deposit" of $100. We have never paid more than $20. Apparently the deposit is not used to clean the room when needed. Will not stay their in the future.

First of all they stole my truck. They towed my Chevy Avalanche because they though it was unregistered. They didnt call me at my room to ask if it was not registered. The phone numbers to reach staff were unreachable. I called the police and they located my truck. The towing company that works for the motel did not ask local police if the truck was legal and stole my truck. Expedia has done nothing for me eithe WELCOME TO CHASKA MINNESOTA r

8/10 Very good

I have never been in a hotel that you had to sign multiple sheets of paper signifying that you understand the rules of the hotel. I assume they have had many problems in the past, but it didn't feel very welcoming. For instance: NO noise after 9PM. I understand being quiet, but NO NOISE?? LOL. TV didn't work. There is a kitchen with no equipment and a stove that you need special pans to operate. Ceiling above shower is leaking. Secondary lock on door didnt work.
Jason, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Road noise from back side of hotel is absurd.

I settled on a 3 stars because of the initial encounter in checking in to the hotel. Though I didn't see cars on blocks with missing tires, I did see jacks underneath a car that had been there the whole time I was there which was a week. Not a big deal until you get the list of rules to follow which made me think there were things to be concerned about during the stay. Firstly, you can't just walk in to check in. You have to use a phone by the door to page the desk which can be seen from the front doors. So red flag there because why would you need a phone to access the building. Second, I had to dial 3 times for someone to answer and no one actually picked the phone to let me in...it was more that someone came out of the door behind the counter, saw me standing there and then let me in. I asked why it was like this and the person replied with that all hotels should offer this "service" so that just anyone can't walk into the hotel to which they explained Chaska had a homeless population to which I didn't see single homeless person there. Not saying it's not true but still pretty strange. Also there is one way in and out and I know this because I asked if the room key worked on the other doors to go outside to which they said no. As well as you can see a bench literally blocking the door from the outside so you can't get out or in. It's just strange vibes which makes me believe this really isn't a hotel though it seems to run like one. I wouldn't stay again.

Book elsewhere

I do not recommend a stay here. There are hotels a short drive away. Make the drive. This is a transitional housing site (bravo to that) and is not kept to even basic standards of cleanliness - though the lobby seemed clean and we saw a staffer wiping surfaces regularly. The room was dirty. Dried food stuck to carpet and surfaces. Desk and counters were sticky. Sheets were clean but bedspread felt dirty. A/C was spotty. A note from desk clerk says it is on a motion sensor and to unplug / plug back in to reset. Thatdid not seem to work. It turned on for a few minutes every half hour or so. No batteries in remotes so we had no idea if the TV worked. Be aware, front desk has limited hours. Loud conversations / arguments at all hours. Rooms, hallways, elevator, grounds all smell of smoke - cigarette and occasional marijuana. We were here for an athletic event and were not rested from our stay here. Transitional housing rooms should not also be rented to hotel guests. Teammates requested room with 2 beds and got 1. Other teammates' room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had plastic bag wrapped over the smoke detector. One room had no curtains. The water was out one morning of our 3-day stay. Very disappointed. We support efforts to help people get back on their feet, and it's likely some people are not respectful of the property, but conditions are not good for anyone here.

Wouldn't Recommend

The room and hotel itself was no very clean. The whole building had a weird smell to it and the 3rd floor reeked of cigarettes. The hallways and our room had visibly damaged areas. I killed a spider in our bed and did not feel comfortable sleeping it. I went with this hotel because it I thought it was 4 stars, but upon further inspection, it had one 4 star review and multiple reviews written by employees that worked there. All in all, would not recommend. Maybe if you're doing a quick overnight, but definitely for nothing longer.

HORRIBLE place to stay

Two of our three rooms were DIRTY because housekeeping did not make up the rooms. Dirty beds and bathrooms. They moved us only after we complained. Front desk was very unorganized when we tried to check in at 9 pm. The rooms are run down and very beat-up. Rooms smelled of smoke. The bedding was old and wore-out. This property caters to month-by-month guests.

2/10 Poor

We left 1-1/2 hours after checking in. The room was in poor condition overall and the walls were paper thin. We were at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor near the stairs and the door to the stairs kept opening and it kept us awake. We checked out at 11:30 pm and there was armed security in the lobby. Overall, very unsatisfactory review.
