The location is amazing, the property is clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly. I would suggest one thing, to keep the breakfast restaurant open but as a cafe after breakfast hours, it has a beautiful balcony and it is such a shame one can’t relax in it with a cup of coffee in the evening. Other than that, i highly enjoyed my stay and the staff made sure to make us feel at home.

This was my third stay at Broyt Hotel, and I’ve always enjoyed staying here. It’s a lovely hotel in a great neighborhood, with very good service and clean, comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, this time I stayed in room 406, and it was almost impossible to sleep because there was a constant knocking/ticking noise coming from inside the walls. It sounded like an issue with the plumbing or the air conditioning, and it continued throughout the night. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and the overall experience was very good. One small suggestion would be to update the bathroom amenities. Like most modern hotels, it would be much more convenient to have large refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel instead of the small single-use bottles. The current bottles are only enough for one shower, which isn’t practical for two guests staying in the room.

We were on a family vacation with our child. Although we had many suitcases and bags, the room was still spacious, also clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was very nice and helpful. They made everything easy and comfortable for us. The location and car park were our other priorities and we will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay.

Our stay at Broyt was spoiled by repeated electrical and air-conditioning problems that remained unresolved despite numerous reports to reception. On arrival, the staff member had to wiggle the key card in the electricity slot before the power worked. The room was generally clean, although the shower grout and tiles had mould. On our first night, the air conditioning woke us at 5am with a loud racket and repeated bell-like warning sounds, leaving us with little sleep. Reception blamed a storm-related power cut. I accepted this but asked them to check the system because we were staying ten nights and my daughter was having surgery the following day. We would be away overnight, giving them time to address it. Unfortunately, the noise and power interruptions continued daily, also switching off the fridge at night. I repeatedly reported this, but it was not resolved. A room move was offered on day five. By then, we were fully unpacked and my daughter was recovering from surgery, making moving difficult. This should have been offered when I first reported the problem. We eventually changed our flights to leave a day early. Reception refused to refund the unused final night because the booking was non-refundable. Given the ongoing disruption and disturbed sleep, a refund for that night would have been a reasonable goodwill gesture. The problems and disappointing response are why I have given two stars.
