Where do I start? On arrival, we had to call to get instructions to enter the apartment as they hadn’t sent them by text like they said they would. When we got access we had 2 double beds and only one of them was made so we had to then call again to get them to make the second bed as there was no duvet at all on it despite us booking the room for 4 people. We then discovered the toilet didn’t flush which took them a full day to fix so we had to flush the toilet with a bucket for a full 24 hours. The bath in the bedroom didn’t have a plug so we had to ask for one for it. The bed in the bigger room was broken on one side so the two of us had to sleep on one side of the bed to get a good nights sleep. The tv was missing which had been broken by the previous guests and I don’t think they’d have replaced it if we didn’t ask. There was holes in the walls, the skirting board and tiles were coming off in places, there was mould on the walls and only one window opened. The heating kept coming on randomly. There was no toilet roll in the bathroom so we had to go buy some. The fire alarm went off every time we cooked, even simple things like pasta, but no fire extinguisher at the bracket. The handrail coming down the stairs was broken which made going down the stairs dangerous. The main entry hall smelled like smoke every time we went in and we could also smell it if we switched on the extractor fan in the bathroom. The kitchen cupboard had a door missing. No wifi, no signal in basment.
