Lovely hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cosy, comfy, clean and tidy. I appreciated the oat milk and the vegan friendly soaps, only one thing missing was the loo roll ! Easy to get past that though. I would use this hotel again.

We booked a deluxe club room which was very small. No storage for clothes etc, no robes. Bed was very soft to the extreme, you couldn’t walk around the bed. Shower very small. Breakfast choice was good but had chips in the crockery and tables were slow to be cleared. Staff in general were helpful. Checking was late, don’t try and check in before 3pm! Outside our room was like a dumping ground, looked awful

I travel outside of cities usually so it has been a while since needing a central hotel. The hotel was clean, staff fantastic and cannot fault the hotel, though single, does mean single. Ideal for a lone traveller and a couple of nights. Has all the amenities needed, and literally a stone’s throw from all that there is in central London.
