First of be aware that although several properties have the same Roxy name they do not share facilities except for breakfast. If you are staying at the Villas and townhouses you, can only use the pool at the townhouses. The beach is a 7 minute walk across the main road. It’s a nice beach but there are crocodile warnings everywhere, so it’s not recommended to swim. We stayed in the townhouses which were nice and roomy, you can sleep 6 in them there are 2 bedrooms ( 1 with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds) there is also an alcove with a twin bunk bed. There is a nice living room with a 6 seater dining table and a small kitchen with a rice cooker, plates and cutlery. There are only 6 small teacups to drink out of, no glasses. So if you want to drink anything large than a small teacup I would bring something. Please be aware there are lots of cockroaches running around, which can be rather disturbing. You also get 1 towel person and a single bath mat, I would advise adding perhaps a hand towel in the bathroom. The place was reasonably clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked though the WiFi did not. But the biggest drawback was the neighbors blaring karaoke music at a ridiculous volume till 11pm. I would not call the whole experience pleasant but the staff were nice and helpful.

Excelente sítio para relaxar e descontrair

Sítio remoto muito agradavel, longe da confusão e junto ao mar. Local ideal para tirar férias fora do reboliço da cidade. Como ponto negativo apenas o facto de o Google Maps me ter enviado para uma estrada assustadora sem saída á noite. Tive a me deslocar á Roxy Semantan Villa onde me levaram directamente ao sítio. De assinalar tb q n há onde comer nas proximidades. Portanto ou levam comida ou comem em Simantan.

Not hygiene

Not hygiene at all the toilet are not wash. Stink and urine stain not brush.There is no heater in the toilet as well. The blanket and towel has blood stains on it. The bed has sand on it too. Apparently it wasn’t change after the previous guest. Not a pleasant stay. Sorry to say.

I like the beach & the beach is nice. What I don’t like is our room. We book tentainer & they gave us tentainer that is faulty. Why give us the room that have problem. The bathroom sliding door is broken. The sinking is block. The bathroom can see through from outside during night time. Occupants is for 4 paxs but why only 2 bathtowel? The breakfast is nice. The staff security at night is friendly & helpful. The receptionist is friendly as well.
