Convenient location and a clean room. However our aircon in room Dandolo was broken and the staff knew about this when we arrived. They gave us a fan but with 35celsius outside and probably over 40celsius in the room we could not enjoy our stay. Also the elevator in the building was broken. All in all the lately renovated and nice hotel felt neglected as many things were not fixed.

Romantic holiday

Great Hotel, large and clean room and amazing view to inner garden. Great bed, modern bathroom. Peaceful and good night sleep. So authentic and lovely. Private roof top terrace with excellent view to the Venice canal and inner garden. Close to the bus station and walkable everywhere. Truly recommend!

The location of hotel is great, a short walk to St Marks and other sites. Local bars and restaurants good and reasonably priced. Our large room on the top floor, accessed by lift was lovely with all you need/expect. A kettle would have been nice though. Check in was another hotel a short walk away, which we were aware of and was not a problem. The outside of our hotel looked a little shabby but inside was fine.

Location is great, room was great. Check in was difficult. Last minute we were given the address of a different hotel where we would have to obtain the keys and code. Eventually we located the right hotel after we revisited the other hotel. It would be helpful if an address would be provided. Also, the phone number we were provided during check in did not work.
