We stayed at this hotels for two nights and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. The complimentary warm cookies at check in was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable. The amenities offered at this hotel such as the pool and the Starbucks are a nice added bonus. There was plenty of parking which was great. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

The staff is why I think this is 5-star hotel. I won't compare Kitchener to somewhere like Toronto, this hotel is class for where it is. I slept like a baby, the check-out and luggage policy was flexible and the cookie was worth the wait. Room turnaround was fast and convenient so I won't complain about anything amissed since my situation was urgent. I just think the gym and pool looks sad, though a hotel pool in Ontario today is rare and a nice plus, but I didn't use it. Breakfast was just ok, but plentiful spread.
