The room was clean which means a lot to me. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was some maintenance work happening in what looked like the hot tub. The hotel is quiet. This is my second visit so, my stay has been comfortable and relaxing.

Staff was helpful and kind but the rooms need updating and cleaned thoroughly. Our room wasn't the worst but a few others on our floor were bad. Stains on our chair, wallpaper peeling and AC did not work. The shower had a high pitch squeeling sound the whole time you ran water. Windows were dirty and our balcony has left over beer cans on it. Our bed was clean but another friends room had dirty bandaids, wet carpet and blood stained sheets.

I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.
