Good location. Breakfast is good. We arrived very early in the morning and we were given an option to pay 1/2 day price with breakfast and immediate check-in.

The Hermitage Hotel in Brest certainly earns its stars. It is located very conveniently between the railway station and the city. Transfer from the railway station to the hotel is walkable but with luggage, a 6 BYN taxi is much more convenient. The hotel's front door opens automatically, useful when you are carrying a lot of luggage and the concierge is also very helpful for assisting with luggage. The room was clean and well equipped. We had to request a kettle but it arrived within minutes. Multiple languages are spoken so there was no problem with communication. The hotel has a classic feel, carpets and dark furniture and this comes across as charming. It is also worth mentioning that the lift is very quick without feeling of a funfair ride. Everything is very efficiently organised at this hotel, check-in was very fast and easy and we were in our room within 5 minutes of entering the hotel. The bathroom was classic but modern, everything worked as expected and the shower pressure was exceptionally impressive. The bed was 2 singles firmly fixed together and the mattresses were very comfortable. The pillows were a little on the soft side but this is down to personal preference, 4 pillows were provided. The room was comfortably carpeted and the windows opened on a tilt or fully open system. The heating was difficult to work out and there were no instructions that I could find, this was the only slightly negative point. Breakfast was very comprehensive and delicious.

Cleanliness were perfect and services as expected or better than expected. It is an old-fashioned hotel with older baths, but still bathrooms feel good enough. Gym was a bit poorly equipped however with no weights.

Hotel near the center of the town. Spacious rooms, helpful staff. A trip to the Białowieża Park organized by the hotel was overpriced

Lovely experience

We had a lovely stay at the Hermitage Hotel. We stayed 3 nights and we very happy with its central location and beautiful rooms. We had a suite, which was great, but were surprised a rollaway bed cost around $50US per night extra. Most hotels have them for free. The buffet breakfast was simple but satisfying. The rooms were lovely and clean, the building is beautiful with a historic feel, and overall we were very happy there.

Relaxing time

As usual in this hotel I find each time a great attention and good service, that makes the stay pleasant and relaxing. Had a dinner and lunch that were good with sufficiently wide selections. What should be improved is the spa... Location is good for all you need and close to city center.

Great hotel in Belarus

Front desk was friendly and responsive. Location excellent. Hotel was what I would call stately--old fashioned but really nice. Breakfast was included in our room fee and had great variety. I was surprised at how nice people in Belarus were. Bed was comfortable, room was a decent size, bath was marbled and had a full tub/shower. Free wifi provided. I would stay there again.

Overpriced

Hotel is over priced for this city and country. This is solely because there is just no other comparable decent hotel. However, it is old and shows its age, even though it is very clean and functional. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location is good.
