I've stayed at 2 other Scandic properties in Copenhagen, but I this this might become my favourite. Updated rooms, super quiet, friendly staff and a good location. Even though I haven't taken full advantage of all of the amenities (like gym and spa), I fully plan to do more of my next visit. I will definitely be staying here again.

This is a good hotel and nicely located close to Tivoli. We had a junior suite on top floor and the views were great. Service in the restaurant was very slow. No fridge or minibar in room. No complimentary water in room. Room cleans need to be booked every day and then they did not provide clean glasses or cups. I’d stay again but there are simple things that could help make it better.

The hotel room was minimalist, and very clean and functional. The hotel staff were very helpful when asked questions or needing local information. The amazing breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of delicious foods (be sure to try the Swedish pancakes with fruit compote, slathered with whipped cream and topped with crunchy chocolate sprinkles!) and plenty of great coffee to fuel our exploration of Copenhagen and the little bar in the hotel lobby with a great selection of local beers and wines was a welcome respite after a long day of touristing. Copenhagen is such an amazing city, and the location of the Skandic Copenhagen hotel, near the Central Railroad station, Tivoli, and the Stroget, was very convenient for accessing the very best of downtown sightseeing. The lake in front of the hotel was a peaceful place for a contemplative stroll in the middle of a bustling city. We plan to stay here several more times as we use Copenhagen as a hub to explore Denmark, Sweden, and Scotland.

The junior suite was perfect for the 3 adults in our party (one couple and one single). It’s quite large and the center wall between the 2 halves of the room has a pocket door on each side that closes to separate the 2 halves completely. It’s really like a two bedroom unit (except for the bathroom being accessible only from one of them). Most hotels only give you a partial wall with a regular bed on one side and a pullout couch on the other side, but no real privacy between the two areas. This was much better, with a double bed on each side and full privacy.

The hotel is ok. Well situated and clean. It was very hot and air conditioning seemed to not be working. Also zero bottled water in the room. The save unecessary cleaning mantra was weird as I felt it is an expectation to have room cleaned-I’m on vacation I don’t want to clean myself. Lack of towels which were flimsy anyway.The pull out bed was not made up and blankets and a pillow for our son never arrived-we were registered as 3 people. Our friends had an extra blanket and pillow so we got that from them.

Two night break in Copenhagen after a trip to Malmo. We booked a Standard Room and although it was on the small side it was fine for us as you are only in it to sleep and wash up. My wife described it as a bit "cell like" so you wouldn't be relaxing in the room. They will offer an upgrade when you check in at extra cost. Room was clean and modern but you only get one pillow each and they are not the biggest. We relaxed in the lobby area and there are plenty of comfy seats around to relax and enjoy the bar. Breakfast was good and there were lots of choices including GF for my wife 🎉. We went down at 8.30am on a Sunday morning and although it was busy there was plenty of places to sit

Bathroom was not correctly clean, towels were old, things, over used and no clean smell at all. No countersor other places to hang used towels and clothes when taking a bath or shaving , etc. Breakfast was decent and with options. No bellboys or any other people to welcome and help you luggage. The room was prepared for 4 instead of 2 and twins bed were together and I myself had to separated them as requested. Air conditioning was for Europeans.... Not any other nationalities... The room was hot despite we told a person was sent to fix the sink that was not broken.... It is sad that a great and beautifully hotel , well located had so many issues... Including information about taken care of the environment while the hotel is crying for cleanless good service and improvements.

The views from our room were lovely but that was the best part of our stay. The pillows on the bed were tiny, we had 2 each but I never seen pillows so small. The towels in the bathroom were small. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Apparantly there is a sign in the lift to say that you have to give 24 hours notice if you want your room cleaned, it would have been helpful to be told that on check in. In any event I have never heard of this in a hotel paying $480 a night to stay. The breakfast was okay but only okay. We went to the bar for a drink and there was one member of staff serving a queue of people. We waited about 15 minutes to get served. On check out we were not asked how our stay was. Sorry for the price you pay for this hotel there are much better options. It is a 30 minute walk to the old town. Not impressed with Raddisson.
