We had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Copenhagen. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the city centre, Tivoli Gardens, and Copenhagen Central Station. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Early check-in was also available for an additional fee, which was greatly appreciated after arriving in Copenhagen earlier than expected. The hotel is clearly well suited for conferences and business travellers, but it also worked very well for a leisure stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good selection of quality food. Overall, a well-managed hotel with excellent service and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent, except they don't appear to check that all the lights work in the room turnaround. No bedside lamp. TV channels have no info so it's lucky dip. Two night break in Copenhagen after a trip to Malmo. We booked a Standard Room and although it was on the small side it was fine for us as you are only in it to sleep and wash up. My wife described it as a bit "cell like" so you wouldn't be relaxing in the room. They will offer an upgrade when you check in at extra cost. Room was clean and modern but you only get one pillow each and they are not the biggest. We relaxed in the lobby area and there are plenty of comfy seats around to relax and enjoy the bar. Breakfast was good and there were lots of choices including GF for my wife 🎉. We went down at 8.30am on a Sunday morning and although it was busy there was plenty of places to sit

The views from our room were lovely but that was the best part of our stay. The pillows on the bed were tiny, we had 2 each but I never seen pillows so small. The towels in the bathroom were small. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Apparantly there is a sign in the lift to say that you have to give 24 hours notice if you want your room cleaned, it would have been helpful to be told that on check in. In any event I have never heard of this in a hotel paying $480 a night to stay. The breakfast was okay but only okay. We went to the bar for a drink and there was one member of staff serving a queue of people. We waited about 15 minutes to get served. On check out we were not asked how our stay was. Sorry for the price you pay for this hotel there are much better options. It is a 30 minute walk to the old town. Not impressed with Raddisson.
