Room very worn, minimal mismatched linens, scuffed wall paint, no AC, ceiling fan with a couple bare bulbs we unscrewed to make it dark, a toilet paper roll with about three turns left and no second roll, no seat on the toilet, and only one side of the window could be opened and it looked right into an adjacent room. Bed hardness was very high - we barely slept. People were nice and it has a great little bar/coffee shop that is new and nice with taco shops close by where you can bring food back.

NOT AS ADVERTISED. The building looks like it was abandoned and opened for the holiday weekend. Not a 4 star place. Literally filthy. Large cracks in walls. Very dimly lit. Beds looked dirty. Insects throughout the room. You will definitely regret it if you bring family.

This property was falsely advertised. The exterior of the building has undergone severe disrepair since the photos were first taken. The interior appeared nothing at all like the photos shown -room was dirty, missing sheets, toilet was disgusting. Door was missing a deadbolt. Staff were friendly and responsive but not proactive About the state of the room.

Hola ,, no sé quién tenga la culpa pero no me hospedé Porq al llegar no tenía espacio o sea que ya no tenían cuartos o habitaciones ,, pretexto que la app no sirve y que el hotel no tiene la culpa y así entre que la app y el hotel ,, y tuve que dormir en la calle ,, que poca es increíble que atención ,, ahora a saber quién me regresa lo que pagué por no lo use puedo poner más por coraje pero solo interpreten todo lo que pase en fin ojalá alguno de los dos me regrese mi dinero

El hotel es usado como hotel de paso por la gente local, lo vi y lo presencié. Está sucio, mal oliente, con fugas de agua, viejo, descuidado, cosas rotas, baño asqueroso, una botella de alcohol y un cigarro en un pasillo, junto a una cucaracha. Daba asco solo de estar ahí. muebles sucios y rotos, viejos. Nos salimos de inmediato y tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel. Es insalubre, horrible, huelen horrible las habitaciones

El linmuble le falta mantenimiento, se oye mucho ruido y el personal del turno de la tarde no me pudo apoyar con el Wifi, no hay servicios básicos como toallas o jabón y sobre todo el papel higiénico, pero por el precio y las fecha no se puede pedir más, pero ya no regresaría , ya que hay mejores hoteles por la zona, las fotos distan mucho de la realidad.
