Small room, depressing window/view

Room smaller than pics seemed to indicate. Felt like we were staying in a bunker, the small window looked at a wall two feet away. Zero view of outside world despite high price relative to comparable hotels. Had to unlock three different doors to get in the room. Nice staff who tried; but the room was just depressing and overpriced.

Great location and staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always there to help with transportation and services. I got an allergic reaction in Rome and the staff helped us find a pharmacy after midnight, arranged and spoke to the taxi driver in what was needed. Really went above and beyond to help. I felt very comfortable and safe here.

I was surprised by a free upgraded room when I arrived at the hotel which was lovely! The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located very centrally to all main attractions so it is very convenient! The only downside was getting into the hotel rooms with two flights of stairs and multiple points to enter a passcode or use a key card. However, this did make the building feel very safe and secure.

Awful cigarette smell, non-smoking room w/ no help

HORRIBLE SERVICE and ROOM!!!! The non-smoking room was full of cigarette smoke and staff did not accommodate. I was told I could wait two hours for staff to come and clean. I asked how they would remove the smoke and was told they would change the sheets. This DOES NOT rid a room of cigarette smell. They did NOT care, were not considerate, and I had to leave the hotel WITHOUT accommodation. The service was awful prior to getting to the cigarette infested room, too.

Lack of compassion

We couldn’t, unfortunately go for our mother/ daughter 3 night get away so I emailed the hotel over a week before and asked if we could have a future credit to still visit but was declined! I stated I didn’t expect a refund. Thought with so much covid around still that they might be a little more accommodating! I wouldn’t have hurt!!!! What a shame as we would’ve booked extra time too. Very unimpressed with the lack of compassion!

Semplicemente meravigliosa! Camere bellissime, nuove, pulite, e molto ampie, proprio come nelle foto. Il personale è molto disponibile, e la struttura ha un ottimo ristorante all'interno, dove poter gustare delle crepes favolose! Colazione deliziosa! Ci tornerò sicuramente!
