This was a last minute booking due to reception non-staff presence at the first hotel. We were enthusiastically greeted. Provided with detailed information on logistics and parking. The guest lobby was big with lots of sitting areas, books and television. Proper coffee and tea free of charge. Super rare. The room was spacious. Lighting could have been better. Very satisfied.

The place is beautiful and I was very comfortable. When I booked the room it said that it had an airport shuttle which is NOT true. You have to ride the bus. I didn't know this and no-one at the airport had ever heard of this place. I tried to message them on hotels.com which they never answered and I called multiple times trying to get information on the way to get there and they wouldn't pick up the phone. I ended up spending 50 euros on a cab. The front desk person was not friendly at all and told me the advertisement on Hotels.com was incorrect.

Maravillosa mi estancia, el lugar mejor de lo que esperaba, pero la atención y ayuda que recibí en recepción de un señor no recuerdo su nombre pero es de nacionalidad española fue lo mejor, super atento, amable, me ayudo con todo 10/10. Excelente lugar y muy cerca del aeropuerto. Se pagan €6 por el traslado al aeropuerto siendo un excelente precio por traslado.
