It’s a basic hotel, it’s not a typical “tourist” hotel. We were told that this place is typically used by people who need to come in to the city to work The entrance to the parking is behind the hotel and the “road” to get there was muddy and unfinished, so if you’re parking a car there, just be careful if it’s been raining or you’ll get stuck! Our room had to be sprayed two times because of ants, so don’t keep any food in your room. Ants happen…it’s where they live…so just don’t keep food in your room Hotel location is good if you’re planning on traveling the area…we took all the toll highways and it was fine

We got our money's worth, although there are some things they can improve on. A good quality front door and lock should be upgraded. You can hear alot of the outside conversations. Also, the plumbing smelled and a few bugs could be seen. It's located near many accessible restaurants and resources. The ladies had great customer service.

En mi estancia me cambiaron de habitacion y pude conocer 2 formatos, en el primero bien, buenas instalaciones pero escasa la capacidad de enfriar la habitacion de aire acondicionado. en mi segunda habitacion con cama king, espacios muy reducidos en la recamara aun siendo de la misma cuota de la primera. desayuno muy sencillo pero suficiente, el personal no es desagradable pero son cortos y de escasa amabilidad. estacionamiento escaso en el frente del hotel y complicado el sistema para acceder a su segundo estacionamiento para ser provincia. bien si es en estancia corta.

Evaluacion Este hotel tiene varias cosas para que yo lo recomendara, pero no lo haré por algo muy importante en lo que falla. Sus habitaciones no están construidas con material aislante de ruido y están pegadas y rodeando la recepción y el comedor. Fue IMPOSIBLE descansar. Se escucha todo y los empleados no son empaticos con el huésped al bajar la voz, saludar con la mano o no hablar todo el tiempo. Hubo un encargado ( varón) nocturno que estuvo en su celular hablando hasta pasada la media noche y solo se cayó cuando golpeé la pared ( mi pared era la pared de la recepción). Viene uno cansado de los paseos y toda la noche y madrugada hay gente saliendo/entrando y platicando o las mucamas con radios muy altos.Y para colmo estan construyendo algo a un lado así que ni poder en las tardes tomar una siesta y recuperarse ( eso no es su culpa). Si salí decepcionada. Nunca más.
