Each time we visit Broken Hill, we stay here. After the last visit and the drawn out check-in process, the awful stench in the reception. Even my previous visit, reception was locked and no one answered the phone until an hour later, in the middle of the afternoon. Then the motel attempted to charge me $180 hours after checkout. Thankfully that declined. When I called to ask why, they said "We charged that by accident" not even an apology or anything. Then onto our room, other than someone else's hair being in the shower it all looked clean. And the pot holes in the driveway getting out are just getting worse. Probably one of the nicest places to stay in Broken Hill.

Cleanest property I have stayed at. Love the special face cloth to remove makeup. Beautiful bed, mattress feels brand new. Only complaint is the bathroom needs a grab rail. It is a very small but highly practical design but if someone has a shower all the wall tiles become wet and slick.
