Denizli Delight

We enjoyed staying at the Napa Otel. Located near the train and bus stations, we were able to enjoy shopping and eating in town while making a day trip to Pamukkale/ Hierapolis. The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of variety and always well stocked.The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The air conditioner worked was great, and the wi-fi worked uninterruptedly. It we were back in Denizli, we would stay again.

The property was in excellent condition and a recent renovation has been completed with very good materials and craftsmanship. The staff was extremely helpful and I do empathize all the staff involved in the operation of Napa hotel was a pleasure to interact with. We were always greeted with a smile and an eagerness to help. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide choice of breakfast fare. I would recommend the Napa hotel to any traveler. We will return in the future.

Not as clean as could be, floors were particularly dirty where not covered by carpet. Also it was very annoying to have to constantly empty the AC water drain pipes (dripped into plastic bottles in the bathroom), we had to get up even in the middle of the night to empty the bottles 3-4 times otherwise the bottles would fill up and spill all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, rooms were big and spacious and conveniently located.
