The Mercure Arles is in a perfect position to explore the old part of Arles on foot. The only cars allowed in the old part are those owned by people who live there, so walking is the only way to explore. It’s a lot of fun exploring the narrow streets and there’s plenty of places to rest along the way. The Mercure is clean, the rooms are not big but adequate and the every staff member we encountered was professional, helpful and engaging. The amenities are basic, just hand and body wash, which appears to be the case in most French Mercure Hotels. There was no fridge in our room which we found very unusual and medication needed to be handed to staff for refrigeration which was a little inconvenient. We ate at the restaurant but there are many more better places to eat that have a more diverse menu. I think the restaurant mainly caters to French coach tours and it is probably more suited to that clientele. If position is important in your travel plans then Mercure Arles is very well placed.

Good location, but the hotel promised more than it delivered. The fitness center was closed "for renovation." The rooftop cocktail bar was non-existent. There were chairs but no bar. The parking garage was full. The room was small and uncomfortable.

Very good hotel located very conveniently near the center of the city. All major features of Arles are within 12 mins walking distance, The hotel is very easily accessible by car, no need to drive in the narrow streets of Arles. Room was a bit small, but comfortable. Buffet breakfast offers many options.

Après nous avoir demandé nos papiers , le numéro de carte bancaire "en cas de dégradation" ! , il nous a été attribué la plus petite chambre de l'hôtel, dans un hôtel loin d'être plein. Cette chambre de moins de 10 m2 est flanquée d'une salle d'eau de moins de 4 m2. C'est INDIGNE d'un hôtel qui prétend 4 étoiles !

Bel hôtel bien situé et confortable. Chambre très agréable. chambre de 4 adultes pour une famille avec 2 jeunes adultes parfaite. Petit bémol : 2 serviettes de bains pour 4 ; les 2 peignoirs de bains ont fait l’affaire. À prévoir pour les réservations de 4. Sinon parfait.

Hotel excelente perto de tudo com ótimo café da manhã e estacionamento próximo disponível a uma taxa de 16 euros, mas não usamos por conta da altura máximos 1,90. Sabonete líquido banheiro muito cheiroso. Única ponto negativo foi a falta de frigobar no quarto, principalmente nesse período de calor.
