This hotel is very convenient, right off of I-70. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room had a fridge and microwave. The carpet was very dirty and stained and the entire place needs ipdated. The breakfast was extremely limited and horrible!

It was awful!! The room we booked online was not what we received! It was very run down. Filthy! No toliet paper and the toliet was clogged! Could not get money back abd needed a place to rest for the night so we made the best of it. But will not be back and do not recommend!!

I like a cup of coffee to start my day. Despite advertising a breakfast, no cream or sugar was provided even after it being requested. I had to change rooms because the tv in the first room didn’t work. I had to move all my luggage again, when all I wanted to do was collapse on my bed and relax and watch tv.

I am very disappointed in this experience. We arrived late & our reservation was cancelled (audits/time frame). We needed a room anyway. These pictures are what was given to us. Terrible safety measures on the window & door, carpet was ripped, bathroom ceiling was leaking, NO SMOKE DETECTOR, hole in bathtub. What in the actual hell is going on here? In the morning, I showed the manager that she was apologetic, and she agreed that this room should never have been rented. She said I could be refunded. I hope that is fulfilled. I never brought my things in from my car.

I wouldnt stay here.

It was dirty, not helpful staff, checking out took 10 mins, and the parking lot was terrible, i got stuck multiple times, and they didnt even offer to help, consequently was late to work. Really need to pay to have the parking lit cleared. Was noisy all night a d smelled like weed in the office and down the hall.

Absolutely horrible play to stay!

The room was disgusting. Stains on the carpet and pillow cases. Toliet seat was so worn you could see the orginal color. Desk chair top, the leather was ripped. Shaddy people coming and going through the side door that was ajar so anyone could just walk in. And a lot more!

The room was very ran down. The carpets were filthy. The bed sheets were stained. The chair looked like it would collapse if you sat on it. The main room light switch didn’t work.
