Great location & price. You walk out the door & there’s a lot of restaurants & shopping within a few minutes walk. The room was clean & nicely decorated.

Room small, but ok. Had Balcony ! VERY difficult to find. Close to many tourist spots, that was great. Lucky for me, someone from hotel was downstairs, otherwise no entry to building..

Very good location, in the heart of the Palermo. Loved the staff, very kind and helpful. We loved to stay here! -Best regards, Maria and Casimir 💛💛💛

8/10 Very good

Very convenient location in the heart of the action, but still very quiet in my room. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes (just out front and around the corner).

6/10 Good

There was a real lack of communication prior to the check-in. Instructions for car parking would have been useful prior to check-in. Very frustrating not being able to get information for visitors. Hot water was an issue. Didn’t have a hot water shower for the 2 day stay. Once I was checked in the communication was very good and the parking issue was resolved. Good location, close to everything

8/10 Very good

It was right in the historic center of Palermo - we couldn't have asked for a better location. When the train strike prevented us from leaving, they were very helpful and found us a room for an additional night.

Good for short stays!

The location is great, just steps away from the Quattro Canti, and the place was just as in the pictures. It’s just very basic so I think is okay for short stays.

Great and very well situated. Bring your own shampoo!

8/10 Very good

Ideal location right in the heart of the historic centre. Very walkable with pedestrian walking on the main two streets intersecting the property. Easy 10min walk from the train station

6/10 Good

Location very good for all things. Advertised as a B&B however no breakfast included or offered. Tired facility more like a student residence, decorated on the cheap.

10/10 Exceptional

Francesca, our host, was very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, comfortable, and the location was exceptional… within walking distance to many sites. For an additional €20/day, we took advantage of valet parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location but prepare for the stairs.

6/10 Good

The location of the property was excellent. Right in the middle of all the main site seeing and restaurants. Our room was a little tired. The mattress had seen better days and the room could use some updating. It was very clean.

8/10 Very good

Hotel was in a very good location, walkable, staff was accommodating and helpful. We liked our view of the street and the busyness of it all. We wish there was another mirror in the room the only one was in the bathroom, hard when 2 women were getting ready.

The location was perfect but other than that it was bad experience for me.

Francesca was very responsive to my questions. I stayed in a suite so had a living room which was so lovely. Lots of restaurants nearby. It can be a bit noisy with street music down the road but I enjoyed that.

Staff, accommodation and cleanliness were superb. The location was convenient to the historic center. If you are driving your own vehicle, as we did, the restrictions for pedestrian traffic make it difficult to navigate your car. The staff was very helpful in guiding us. Valet parking. No breakfast available, but a cafe across the street.
