Very minimal reservation. For consideration: Bed, AC, bathroom, small balcony. Inside had a small coffee table and two chairs that seemed to have broken seats and low to the ground, challenging for older/taller people. Two stools in bedroom in place of night stands. Only room to open one small suitcase. No coffee/tea. No fridge. Right in the middle of the city, so there are many stores/cafes/restraints very close. Parking available but may not be their service and requires 20 min notice but took several calls/messages to get anyone and took an hour to get our vehicle. Plan well ahead if heading to airport/appointment. Staff is rarely on sight.

Staff, accommodation and cleanliness were superb. The location was convenient to the historic center. If you are driving your own vehicle, as we did, the restrictions for pedestrian traffic make it difficult to navigate your car. The staff was very helpful in guiding us. Valet parking. Very convenient location in a high pedestrian activity area so we heard people out having fun. This is a unit in a suite of units within an apartment building. It feels like a small hotel room that opens into a common area with several tables & chairs, a refrigerator, microwave, supplies to make coffee & tea. We liked the firm bed, good water pressure in the shower, and our own small terrace.

Room was tidy and similar to photos. Location was excellent, by Palermo’s busiest pedestrian street. While this made the view from the balcony great, it was extremely noisy. The noise made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The shower cabinet was also insulated pretty poorly so the whole bathroom floor was flooded with water after a shower.

Walking distance to historic center of Palermo

The place was a little difficult to find and once we made it in, it took a bit to get guided up to our room and given the keys. However they kindly allowed us to check in a little bit earlier and were able to give us instructions and a map, even making the suggestion to visit the Ballaro Market first, as it would close soon. Perfect for one night, just 1-2 people though, would not recommend more than 2. We even had a little balcony which was nice. Walking distance from everything you would want to check out in Palermo. We really appreciated the host's assistance with setting us up with a car service to the airport as we had a very early flight the next morning. That was one of the biggest highlights for us as it eased our worries about getting a taxi so early the next morning.
