Hotel was at or near capacity, lots of kids, seems that Hotel was slightly understaffed, could have been vacuumed in RC level. Parking lot is extremely tight especially in front lot. Staff never mentioned there was back lot and there is no sign indicating additional parking or where. Room was clean abut had stale musky smell but ACjust needed to be turned on.

We had a 3 night stay at the Quality hotel Duval airport. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the coffee and tea in the lobby was very nice to enjoy. Check in was easy, fast and staff was helpful to get the room ready and hour early. Bed sheet was dirty upon arrival, requesed staff to change and they did pretty quickly. The manager even came to ask about the problem and was curtious to ask if there was any other issues. Hotel hallways had cigarette smoke smell. Exiting door on groundfloor to parking would not open from outside. Also, parking pass would not work multiple times. Breakfast was good, with hot breakfast options. Checkout was easy.

It was my second time booking a room at this hotel. It was perfect. This time I used the transportation service to the airport it was really good. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were great. The front desk staff were very friendly with my dog.
