There aren’t many options in Macapa, and I guess you get what you pay for. Basic room with bad lighting, but the breakfast made it up for it. Need to take Uber for most attractions as it’s 20 min walk from center. My IG is @ballestrinaroundtheworld

Hotel antigo, sujo, cama velha e barulhenta. Passei vários dias hospedado e não arrumaram/limparam o quarto nenhuma vez. Não possui elevador, então quem tem problema de acessibilidade não consegue subir para os quartos. Café da manhã muito básico e sem variedades.

O restaurante no térreo é excelente para o almoço, mas o hotel em si é decente: um lugar limpo, seguro e com estrutura suficiente. É ideal pra quem chega cansado e procura uma cama limpa pra dormir. O ar condicionado é antigo, mas a manutenção e limpeza estão em dia. A vista da janela era o telhado do vizinho, mas ao menos não ouvi barulho e a cortina bloqueou bem a luz. Chuveiro simples, mas funcionou direito. Café da manhã razoável, com algumas frutas frescas, sem luxos ou muitas opções.

EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO E CUSTO BENEFÍCIO MUITO BOM

1° item a destacar foi o atendimento de TODA a equipe, desde o check-in, durante e check-out da estada. A fundadora do restaurante/hotel Sra. Linda(Lindinalva), foi um exemplo de cortesia que se viu refletido no atendimento dos funcionários (Não vou nomear nenhum para não ser injusto com algum que eu tenha esquecido). Hotel simples, mas de boa qualidade com bom ar-condicionado, colchão. Chuveiro com muito fluxo de água (embora elétrico),ap. 204 com janela. Café da manhã incluso com boa variedade de itens, restaurante(funciona somente para almoço, aberto ao público) excelente. Sugestão de melhoria no ap.: -Colocar barra de apoio e algo que deixe o piso do box do banheiro menos liso; -Armário ou prateleira no banheiro para produtos de higiene pessoal; -Colocar porta toalhas no banheiro. Boa localização para conhecer Macapá -AP. Agradeço a toda a equipe do HOTEL MACAPABA pela excelente estadia.

As instalações deixam a desejar

O atendimento é ótimo, mas as instalações do hotel deixam a desejar. O acesso aos quartos é ruim (escada íngreme) e o quarto tem defeitos (acabamento do banheiro ruim, manchas no teto, televisão pequena, frigobar barulhento, poucas tomadas, pia do banheiro derramando água etc). O café da manhã e o almoço são bons, mas o restaurante não funciona à noite.
