The hotel itself is iconic, and rate in the heart of everything so it is accessible to shopping, casino, waterfront, and the staff are very attentive and helpful with suggestions and getting you anything you want, and taking you anywhere you want to be! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, but condition of the hotel is far from 5-star and breakfast really astonishingly poor.

10/10 Exceptional

This is, without question, a truly exceptional five star hotel. Combining timeless elegance, rich history, impeccable hospitality, and an extraordinary concierge team, it fully merits its distinguished reputation and, in many respects, surpasses it. From the moment of check in until departure, every detail is handled with remarkable care and genuine attentiveness. While advertising often creates expectations that reality fails to meet, the experience at the Hermitage exceeds even the most compelling promises. What awaits guests is not merely what is advertised, but something far more memorable and exceptional.

Amazing hotel, location, and service. The best of the best.

6/10 Good

Staff were nice and service minded. Great central location but, breakfast in the courtyard is far from 5-star but in terms of ambience and quality of food. The rooms are too warn out and simply lacks an upgrade - again not 5-star. Comparing to I.e Chateau Saint-Martin this hotel falls far far behind. A name / brand is not enough to maintain the exclusivity.
