Find other options: aweful hotel

Awful place to stay. No barh towels in room because I was told they were sold out. The place is in disrepair. Room clearly had not been vacuumed and bathroom had not been cleaned well. We arrived at 1am after a long trip abd gad no option but to stay. Had it been earlier, I would not have stayed. Disgusting place. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

We got into the room and the Tv didn't work nor did the phone work. We had to use our cellphone to call the front desk to come and turn the TV on and we had to have them come twice to turn the TV on the remote would not work and the place was filthy.The worst place I've ever stayed and will never stay there again. I feel like I should get some of my money back. I give it a grade F minus.

After check in we were not told where our room was located or told anything about breakfast or amenities. Our sensor for direct tv remote was broken when we got there so remote wouldn’t work. Toilet was dirty with a plastic straw floating in the toilet. There was handprints all over the desk. Not very clean and will not stay again.

Advertised hot tub and did not have a hot tub. Bathroom really needed remodeling, chipped toilet seat, chipped up door, dirty chipped floor. We lifted our mattress and there was a huge stain on the bottom of the mattress. My guess is they just flipped it around. We could not fill our traveling coffee cups up. She said only a small cup? Really? Would not recommend.

Front desk lady was friendly and very responsive. Sheets were clean but the carpets were stained and very dirty. Phone was NOT connected to the wall, had to change the tv input every time it was turned on to get a signal. We were next to the vending room and the ice machine made a loud beeping all night. They require a $100 deposit, no biggie and most hotels do, but it had to be as cash. Room smelled bad, cigarette smoke and other musty orders. Rooms looked like they haven’t been updated in over 40 years!!! Also, the toilet continued to flush itself every 10 minutes….

Climate control on room temperature did not work. Shower did not adjust temperature and water was almost scalding hot. TV did not shut off, change channel or adjust volume; it was not the remote.

NEVER AGAIN!

“NEVER AGAIN” is all my better half kept saying about this hotel. Upon check in I learned that the manager Angela cancelled my room because she tried charging me 2 hours before I arrived. I elected to pay at check in not before. The from desk lady Tracy tried her best to help me out. I ended up having to contact Hotels.com and they were very accommodating to get my room back rebooked. I booked a king size bed and we were put in a double room due to my original room being cancelled. We found dirty socks behind our door. The hot water would never get hot. The beds were not comfortable. We both woke up with hurting backs. The side doors do not lock at night so anyone can come into the hotel. My better half said we will never stay here again even if it’s the last hotel available. Hotels.com was not the problem it was the hotel. They did a fantastic job to accomodate for a mistake that was not theirs to own up to.
