10/10 Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful with advice on how to get around and other transportation needs. The room had everything you needed - nothing over-fancy, but great. Very comfortable beds. We got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony and farther away from traffic noise. We enjoyed everything.
